How quickly will I receive my images?
You’ll get your fully edited images within 24 hours of the shoot, sometimes same day.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due upon delivery of the images, you’ll receive an payable invoice and the images will be delivered for download.
What is the cost of a real estate photoshoot?
Standard rate is $50 for 10 professional images, with $5 per additional image.
Do you offer floor plans?
Yes, 2D floor plans as an add-on service. Pricing depends on the property size.
Can I request specific shots or angles?
Absolutely! Let us know in advance if you have any specific requests or must-have angles.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Overcast skies are no problem—We’ll enhance the sky in editing. If it rains heavily, we can reschedule at no extra cost.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes, ‘coming soon‘ we use virtual staging to digitally furnish vacant spaces, making them more appealing to buyers.
What areas do you cover?
I primarily cover Austin, TX and surrounding areas but can travel for larger projects.
How many photos do I need for my listing?
For most homes, 15-30 images showcase the property effectively. Larger homes may need more, we do as few as 10 in our smallest package.
Do ATXLens edit the images yourself?
ATXLens oversee the editing process to ensure consistency and quality. I also work with trusted overseas editors for fast, professional results.
Can you add twilight effects to my images?
Yes, I offer virtual twilight editing, creating a sunset glow from daytime images.
What if I’m not satisfied with the photos?
We strive for perfection—if you’re not satisfied, I’ll make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
Do you provide aerial or drone photography?
Currently, we focus on ground-level photography, but drone photography is in the books and will soon be available.
Do you include community amenities in the shoot?
Yes, we can photograph pools, clubhouses, parks, and other neighborhood features. Let me know in advance.
Do you offer weekend or evening shoots?
Yes, we’re available for weekend and evening shoots with flexible scheduling.
How should the property be prepared before the shoot?
Ensure the home is clean, clutter-free, and well-lit. Open blinds, turn on lights, turn of fans, and hide personal items for the best results.
Do you provide MLS-sized images?
Yes, all images are delivered in MLS-optimized resolution for easy uploading and original sizes.
Can you add my branding or watermark to the images?
Yes, we can add your logo or watermark upon request for a fee.
Do you offer virtual tours?
No, there are already many virtual tour companies, so we’ve chosen not to join that crowded space. If you need help finding a virtual tour provider, feel free to reach out.
