Real estate photography is something we’ve been doing since 2006, and it’s something we genuinely enjoy. At ATXLens, we focus on the photography side of real estate, not so much on video or the many add-ons that a lot of companies are offering these days. With the rise of AI and the many new opportunities it brings, it can be challenging to decide which direction to take and furthermore with a click of a button you can create all that.
We strongly believe that one part of real estate photography that AI won’t be taking over anytime soon is the value of sending out a great photographer. It makes you, as an agent, look good. Image composition, understanding the home, and making real-time decisions on-site are things we can discuss at the property, and they make all the difference.
